Achin Acres Mares
HT Dragons Diamond Lil.  Diamond is a double registered mare.  She was born in 1993 and is 31.5 inches tall.  Diamond is a Sunnyside Dragonfly daughter and her Dam is Sligo Crissy.  She has one blue eye and has had 5 foals, one of which is HOF in both halter and driving. Achin Acres Rumbles Lil Tanner is on her way to HOF which will quailify diamond for Superior status.  She is currently being bred to HTs Hidden Talant (Twenty) of Windy Ridge.  Look for a foal from her in 2010.

Charlottes Desert Pride
Charlotte is a double registered mare and she is 19 years old.  She is 33.75 inches tall and Chestnut in color.  She is the Dam to Achin Acres Dragons Desert Paige and Achin Acres Dragons All That Jazz.  Both are currently being shown so watch for there show results!   Charlotte is curently at Windy Ridge being bred to HTs Hidden Talant  (Twenty)  Look for her foal in 2010!
M2 Machos Lil Sapphire
Sapphire is a double registered mare.  She is a Palomino pinto with one partial Blue eye.  She is 30 inches tall.  Her sire is Tinker Toys Mucho Macho and HT Dragons Diamond Lil is her Dam.  My Husband bought Saph for me as a yearling and I showed her as a two year old in Showmanship, Halter  and obstacle.  As a three year old I showed her in driving.  I planned to take her to nationals and drive her in the 30 and under class but being 5' 11"  we decided that I should look for something a bit taller.  Since I just love this mare and her personality is so sweet we decided to try to breed her , so we are currently trying to get her in foal to Dragon.  I can't wait to see the cross.

Tanner is an AMHR registered mare, however I do think that she will mature at around 34inches.  She is currently 2 years old and she measured in at her first show of the year at 32.5.  She won 3 Reseve Championships last year.  One for Liberty A Div., Yearling Halter Mare 32 and under and Amature mare Div A.

Our goal with Tanner this year is to go to nationals in September.  She is being shown in Model Mare 2 years old. Div A.--- Halter Mare 2 years old. Div A.--- Obstacale Div A both open and Youth,-----. Youth Mare Div A.---- Liberty Div A and Amature Mare Div A.

Our First show was a great success and a family affair as my grandson Austin is showing the horses in the youth classes and he is quite the talant.  His mother comes too and helps with all aspects of the show outside of the areana.  Grooming, holding, picture taking...you name it she is up to the task.  Thank you so much Denise.

Paige is a double registered 2 year old mare.  As you can see she has really good bloodlines and we have high hopes for this one. Paige was shown last year and took 2 Reserve Championships one in Amature Mares B Div and the other in obstacle B Div.  This year we are showing her in more classes.  Amature Mares B---Youth Mares B---Obstacle B---Youth and Open.  We hope to show her and Tanner next year in Diving classes.  She has extremely nice movement and look forward to getting her in cart.

Achin Acres Dragons All That Jazz
Jazz is the newest addition to the Achin Acres Herd.  She is a yearling and the only foal that was born to the ranch last year.  But what an awesome sight she is.  Jazzy as we call her here is a buckskin filly with two blue eyes and a full sister to Achin Acres Dragons Desert Paige.  She has just shown in her first show and did quite well I might add. Measuring in at 29.5 inches.  We do believe that she will mature at or around 34 keeping her in the double registry.  We see wonderful things in this exceptional fillies future.  She along with Tanner are the two mares that we hope to take to the national level this September.  So watch for her on the show page and at PCMHC.
